Views from Pairc Road

Busy day shooting film and photos for the Rathad project. Sidhean an Airgid (387m) and Dùn Chonail to the right in the sunset. Autumn is my favourite season for photography in the Outer Hebrides. The light is spectacular, especially in between the showers.

This is a view from Pairc Road, the old road which is a bit more elevated and has epic views over the moors, lochs and hills. I heard a stag roaring from the direction this photo was taken. A bit early, but the rut activity has started.

Time to call it a day..a perfect day!
